Photography and video-recording at exhibitions
Photography and video-recording at the Stories of Finnish Art exhibition are both permitted for private use. The use of a flash, tripod or selfie stick is prohibited.
Permission for photography or video-recording at the temporary exhibitions varies by exhibition. Check the policy on the exhibition page on the Ateneum website or while at the museum.
Arranging photo shoots at the Ateneum
The Ateneum rarely grants permission for photo shoots at the museum, except for journalistic purposes. Photo shoots for weddings and graduations, commercial products and political purposes are, unfortunately, not permitted.
For information on photo shoots at the Ateneum, contact the museum’s information desk at least one week beforehand, by phone at +358 294 500 401, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
