Information desk is located on the ground floor.
Ticket offices are located on the ground floor. Assistants, interpreters or support persons for people with disabilities have free entrance to the Ateneum Art Museum.
Accessible entrance with a lift on the Ateneuminkuja side of the museum. Wheelchairs are available for loan from the ticket offices.
Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in Ateneum.
Cloakroom is located behind the main staircase, next to the courtyard.
There are also lockers available.
Lift to the upper floors is located near the cloakroom. In the collections exhibition Stories of Finnish Art there is a lift from the gallery 12 (New expression) to the gallery 13 (Classics).
Raised plans of the Ateneum building are at the information desk and the cloakroom.
Magnifying glasses are available for loan at the information desk.
An induction loop system is installed in the auditorium and at the information desk.
Guided tours are also available in sign-language.
Workshops can be tailored for people with disabilities.
Amplified headsets are available for guided tours. Enquire at the Ateneum’s tour bookings.
Café is located on the ground floor. Wheelchair access from the courtyard.
Ateneum Shop is located in the indoor courtyard.
Toilets are located on the ground floor near the cloakroom.
Wheelchair-accessible toilet is located on the ground floor next to the cloakroom.
Childcare room is located on the ground floor next to the cloakroom.
Pushchairs are available for loan at the cloakroom.
