Room for Stories

There is a fun playroom within the Magic North exhibition, where our young guests can play to their hearts’ content as the heroes, princesses and trolls of the stories portrayed in the exhibition. Put on a dress or grab a sword, place a crown on your head and let your imagination run wild!

Within the Room for Stories you can take a dive into the visual world of the ancient stories of Norway. You will learn about the heroic deeds of a young hero called Åsmund, visualized by Gerhard Munthe, as he travels to the land of trolls to save Princess Ermelin. What kind of adventures will he meet?
