Tickets can also be pre-booked for people under 18 through Lippu.fi. The eligibility for a discounted or free ticket is checked at the entrance.
Depending on the chosen delivery method, a Lippu.fi service fee of two euros and a booking fee of at least one euro are added to all prices, including for tickets purchased through Lippu.fi, as well as tickets acquired with free-entry cards and tickets for under 18-year-olds. Only the ticket price of €19 or €17 will be charged for a ticket purchased at the museum.
